Remote Control stuck at "Ready to Connect"

Hello,

When I attempt to connect to PC's for remote control via TeamViewer ID and Pass it will flash with "Connecting with partner…" and then immediately go back to "Ready to connect" and never prompts for me to enter the password or send a prompt on the host computer.

It does not show any error messages.

On the host I am connecting to it says "Incoming connection" but again I receive no prompt or option to control the host. It will continue to say "Incoming connection" until I restart the service.

I have reinstalled, updated, restarted TeamViewer service, and signed out/in on both my client and host PC's.

I have a Tensor Pro license on my client.

Any ideas is much appreciated, thank you.
