Android 13 Intune Enrolled Devices with Black Screen

We have multiple android devices for both Zebra and Honeywell that we use Teamviewer on to remotely view from time to time. We are moving from another MDM over to Intune and finding that we are unable to view the screen of devices with Teamviewer on the new MDM of Intune. For Honeywell we have the Honeywell Quicksupport Add-on installed, and for Zebra we have the XML setup for allowing the remote view.

However on both kinds of devices the moment they are on Intune with the same settings as our previous MDM we get only a black screen when trying to remote into them. We have tried changing the hardware acceleration options, changing to the old interface, and nothing has changed. We do sometimes get a prompt to allow permissions to display over other apps, but this is enabled as well. In Teamviewer however when we go to Settings from inside the app and go to Permissions the "Display over other apps" says "off" but when clicking on the setting to change it it says it is enabled for Quicksupport.

Anyone run into this issue or have any ideas on how to fix it?
