We manage our Samsung devices via Intune, but Knox is not used in our environment.
Since the Android 15 update, we've encountered an issue where TeamViewer no longer supports remote input on our Samsung phones—only screen sharing works. We managed to resolve this on our shared Samsung devices by installing the TeamViewer Universal Add-On, but the issue still persists on personal Samsung devices.
We've reviewed the Set up remote control for Samsung Knox devices via your MDM
, but unfortunately, it assumes the use of Knox, which doesn't apply to our setup.
Could you please advise on how we can restore full remote control functionality (including input) on personal Samsung phones under these conditions?
