Hello! I have access to a remote pc via TeamViewer only, but I can't connect because it says it's an old version. How can I know which version is installed on my remote PC? PC is visible online in my account.

You can check your managed device version on the Devices tab. Just click on the device to show the panel with the information.
To update a device without being connected to it you would need a license to do it via policy or via Remote Management. If you use TeamViewer for personal use, then you would need to manually set up your device to update. TeamViewer requires free users to be always in the latest version, so setting up auto-update can be very useful. 😊
