Why does it say "You are using Teamviewer in a commercial setting" but i do not

yeah… found that option. Thanks… just wish I didn’t have to do this randomly. Aways happens when you are actually trying to help/use it.

seems currently the only way is to:

Submit a reset request
- TeamViewer has an official form where you can appeal false commercial use detection.
- Go to: TeamViewer Reset Form https://www.teamviewer.com/reset
- Fill in your name, email, and the affected TeamViewer ID(s).
- They will review and reset your account to “personal use” if approved.

i can control my other device for like 1-2 min then i get disconnected

is this what u get as a loyal user of the app for years and years?

I have the same issue… I have been using this app for a long time to help out a few family members with their "IT issues". It has been working find but from time to time, the application starts thinking that I use it in a "commercial setting". Latest of this started to happen about 2-3 weeks ago. Please explain the steps to remove this message as it only allows for a few seconds of connection and is asking me to upgrade. thanks
