Mi account is a free account.
I CAN connect without any problem between my computers. But I CAN'T connect from my iPhone or iPad to any of my computers, no matter if I uninstall and reinstall the App on them.
But if I install Teamviewer App on another iPhone or iPad it works fine and I can connect to my computers.
It's like the devices (my iPhone and iPad) have been blocked by Teamviewer. I've sent a reset form with the IDs that appear at the bottom of the Settings tab on the iPhone and iPad Apps , and I've received the email saying my IDs have been reset, but on the iPhone and iPad I continue to see the same message (attached below) telling me the connections are blocked because a trial has ended and buy a license.
As I said at the beginning my account shows as free account, connections between computers work fine, and connections if using another phone works fine.
It's like these two specific devices have been blocked and I need them 'reset' so they can connect correctly.
