2FA no push notification being received

I recently enabled two-factor authentication for connections in my TeamViewer settings, and it was working properly until yesterday. Now, when I try to connect to my PC, the connection gets stuck on “authenticating,” and I no longer receive any push notification on my phone. If I disable two-factor authentication, everything works normally.

Am stuck and not able to connect !

Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

Hello dear,

its was working for days, suddenly yesterday i am not receiving the push notification on my mobile. i stopped 2FA on multiple devices, but many i cant access to switch off 2FA. its on all devices that has 2FA not few or some.

I called TeamViewer Support and they said the problem had already been reported to the engineers.

But I can't find any information about this issue anywhere.

There is nothing on the TeamViewer status page.
