I’m having a repeatable issue with QuickSupport on an Android 16 device, and I’d like to know if this is a known limitation or if there is any workaround.
So, in short:
Remote control works only while the QuickSupport app is in the foreground. When another app is in the foreground, control works for a short time and then stops, but the screen stream continues.

The solution is to disable the battery restrictions of the TeamViewer Universal Addon application. Below is a screenshot from one of our Samsung SMX-210 tablets running Android 16.
