I intend to help my old father (93 years old) with his new Samsung S23.
He has installed Teamviewer QS on his mobile phone and I have had the Teamviewer program downloaded to my computer (MacBook Pro) for several years, and I have also had a free license for the same amount of time.
When I search for a possible update of the program, the system tells me that I already have the latest version installed. (TeamViewer 15.42.4).
When I have entered my father's Partner ID and he has approved me on his phone, I only get access to screen sharing. No remote control, so I can't do anything for him.
I can only see what he is doing on his phone. Where is the problem and how can I solve it? We would both be very grateful for an answer with a solution to the problem!
