Offline PC

WDR

My PC shows its offline on my other machines. The machine that is "offline" is logged in to the same account (Same user name and password). It even shows itself as offline. I am using the free version 15.74.3 on my Windows 11 machines. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks

We recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensure that the TeamViewer Full Client is installed rather than other versions such as TeamViewer Host.
2. Verify that TeamViewer is updated to the latest version (currently 15.74.4). Please refer to the relevant article for more details.
3. Restart TeamViewer.
4. Check that your internet connection is stable.
5. Restart your device.
6. Confirm that your device’s operating system is up to date.

If the issue is not resolved after performing these steps, please try uninstalling and reinstalling TeamViewer.

Should the problem persist, please provide a screenshot showing the affected device appearing as offline, so we can investigate further.
