How do I change a device to allow remove access?

Dear Support,

Some devices are not allowing me to remove control, but other devices are allowing me to control. I noticed that the machine that I do not have access the arrow point is different.

It looks like a policy issue, but both machines are under of the same policy.

One difference is that the first is on the "All legacy devices" and the other is on "All Managed devices" which is already migrated.

Hi ElifG,

Thanks for responding, all the stations have the Access control Full Access setup by default, the issue was a combination of factors:

Weeks ago, I activated the AI feature.
We had some upgrade that happened on Friday.

Today discussing with support @Skye we deactivate the AI and the operation went back to normal operation.

Actually, the issues were related to the activation of AI, once deactivated everything came to normal operation

However, it is always important to update TeamViewer to its latest version to be secure and to improve stability with performance. We highly suggest Updating TeamViewer. Therefore, let's check a couple of things to make sure this issue does not recur with the new version:

Firstly, we should ensure that your device has been assigned to the company profile and appears under All Managed Devices. If it is a legacy device, we can assign it via policies. Looks like the new version 15.74.5 H is causing the issue. Devices with TeamViewer host version 15.74.3 H is working with no issues.
