TeamViewer Session Drops When Switching Networks (Wi-Fi ↔ Mobile)

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue where my TeamViewer remote session disconnects every time I switch networks (e.g., from Wi-Fi to mobile data or to a different Wi-Fi). The connection immediately drops and I have to reconnect manually.

Has anyone else run into this, and are there settings or steps to keep the session alive when changing networks? Any tips would be really helpful. Thanks!

Could you please let us know what kind of devices are used in situations where this occurs? I just tested on my phone and laptop: I connected to the laptop via the phone while it was on cellular, and when I switched to Wi-Fi - and back from Wi-Fi to cellular - there was no drop.
