How to close the End Session Message Box

Hi,

I install team viewer host on remote win 10 computer and access this computer with my win 11 laptop. After logging on the remote computer through team viewer host, there is an End Session Messgebox. I clicked the Got it button, however, there is no response. The Got it message box is always there. How to close this message box?

Just tried logging on and I noticed there was message box pop out. I have no concern now.

I’ve just received an update from our internal team regarding this issue.
It appears the relevant team was already aware of this issue, and it has now been resolved.

Please update your TeamViewer to the latest version, and the issue should be fixed.

Thank you for getting back to us. I’m sorry for the delay in my reply.

I have another suggestion. Please open the settings by clicking the settings icon in the TeamViewer Host on your remote device.
Then go to Advanced → Advanced settings for connections to this computer and make sure that “Disable local input for incoming connections” is not checked.

If this option is enabled, you won’t be able to click anything on the remote device during a session.

If the previous suggestion doesn’t apply to your situation, I’m currently checking internally to see whether this might be a known bug. In the meantime, if the issue is still persisting, I’d like to clarify a few points:

Please double‑check that both devices are running the latest TeamViewer version. As of 2nd March 2026, the newest full client and Host version is 15.75.4. I apologize for asking you to verify this again.
Could you let me know the operating systems of both the local device and the remote device?
Just to confirm: you are clicking “Got it” on the remote device (the one being controlled during a session), but the pop‑up does not disappear. Is that correct?At this point, I would like to clarify that there is no confusion between the remote and local devices.
If the situation in point 3 applies, could you also tell me whether clicking other buttons or areas on the remote device works as expected?

I tested this scenario on my own devices using the latest version of TeamViewer, and in my case, I was able to dismiss the End session pop‑up by clicking the “Got it” button on the remote device.

We recommend the following steps to clear up any possible hiccups:

Make sure that both the TeamViewer full client and the Host module on the local and remote devices are updated to the latest version. Please check this article for more information.
Restart the TeamViewer modules on both sides.
Ensure that both operating systems are fully up to date and that the devices have been restarted.

After completing these steps, please try connecting again to see whether clicking the “Got it” button on the remote device works as expected this time.
