I'm wondering how to turn off or restart the two-factor authentication settings, because I had a code on my old phone, and now I don't have it anymore. I don't have an option to remove it and turn it back on. Can help or support remove it?
This is a different profile, because I created this one because I can't access the other one, so I'm wondering if there's any way support can regulate it, or if there's someone in charge of that.
