I am using TeamViewer on Windows 11 to help my relatives if they have PC or Smartphone problems.
Now my problem is that all recent TeamViewer versions don't work anymore. If I enter the ID of the TeamViewer instance I want to connect to (got it by phone and verified it twice) then I click connect but TeamViewer only shows a dialog
"Sessioncode expired" (originally shown in German "Sitzungscode abgelaufen")
What is wrong with TeamViewer? Please tell me how to fix or diagnose this problem.
