I have same problem with 2 separate servers (Windows 2019 Build 17763.6054) They got update to

TeamViewer 15.76.5 and if I log out from server TeamViewer is automaticaly shut down and can not remotely connect until user logs in and starts TeamViewer manually. It is set to with windows. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

What you're describing matches a recently identified issue affecting some devices running on Windows Server 2019 (version 1809 / OS build 17763).

In TeamViewer version 15.76.3, an issue was identified in which TeamViewer could unexpectedly freeze, potentially leading to authentication issues. Although a fix was released in version 15.76.5, some devices were unable to complete the update correctly. This can result in the behavior you're seeing.

Recommended steps to resolve the issue

1. Restart the TeamViewer Service from the Windows Services (services.msc) on the affected devices. Please note that restarting the application (TeamViewer.exe) only is not sufficient.
   
   
   
2. Open TeamViewer again and check for updates. You should see version 15.76.5 (or newer) available.
   
   
3. If the update does not complete successfully, we recommend uninstalling TeamViewer and downloading and installing the latest available version from our website.
   

If a custom module (Host or full client) is installed on your affected devices, please download the installer of the corresponding module.

• If you are using the old interface, you can download it from the Design & Deploy section of the Management Console.
• If you are using the new UI, you can download it from the Custom modules section within the Admin settings.
