Unable to sign in to TeamViewer

Question

I am unable to sign in to TeamViewer software (Windows) on 2 of my 3 devices.  I click the sign in to TeamViewer button, the circle spins for a bit and then I get a screen that says the page couldn't be reached and that the page took too long to respond.  I can get to the TeamViewer website (Chrome & Edge), but when I click sign in, I get the same result.  Also, on the one device I can sign in on, it says all three devices are connected and I can remote view into them.

I switched the network to the mobile hotspot on my phone and was able to sign in.  I then switched the devices back to the networks (1 wired, 1 wifi) I had them originally connected to and they stayed connected.  When I connected to another device, I received a warning that I may need a commercial license, but it still let me connect.

To clarify, I'm not using this for commercial purposes.  I own all 3 devices.  They are on different networks because they are located in different places, but I own all 3.

Thank you for the clarification.

To help us narrow it down, could you try signing in using a different network (for example, switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or trying another Wi-Fi connection)?

Please do the test and let us know the results.
