Is there a way to see when a managed TeamViewer device was last online?

Hi,

I have several computers registered to my TeamViewer account, and I'd like to know if it's possible to see the last date and time a specific computer came online.

I'm not looking for the last connection I made to it, but rather the last time the remote device itself was online and connected to the TeamViewer network.

Is this information available anywhere in the TeamViewer client, the Management Console, or through an API? If not, is there another way to retrieve it?

In order to migrate, you don't need to be physically present, but the device needs to be online. Because the device is not being managed, there may be no record of this data at this moment. The data would start being recorded after the migration.

Hello,

Unfortunately, no. This specific device is not in that specificlist.

I am therefore unable to migrate it, as I do not physically have the device with me.

This is actually the core issue and the reason why I am trying to retrieve its last online timestamp.

Would it be possible for someone from Support, or another appropriate department, to help me recover the last recorded online timestamp for this device?

I double-check internally with our support teams, and the information for the Last Online column will be available for managed devices. More precisely, the managed device must be online at least once for tracking to begin.

Have you already migrated your devices to managed devices?
