I lost the connection all the time when i try to logout the windows session while i installed same version on the client, it's very embarrassing, can you help me ?

Are you working on a server and are you connecting into a running RDP session?
Can you explain you issue a little bit more in detail?

No no, i'm not running teamviewer in a RDP session.
Just used on a local session and the user is administrator of his machine, but when i logout the windows session i lost the connection to the computer
The service TeaViewer is work well, but the version teamviewer is a QuickSupport, it's maybe for that ?
But this problem is not found on all computer, i don't know why.
