installation on MacBook Air

Hi everyone,

I am trying to install TV 12 on a MacBook Air, I have already downloaded TV 11, but when I try to catch a Windows PC with TV on my my Mac, a message pops up saying "your partner has a new version, do you want to actualice it, it is available". I click "yes", but then it continues loading without stoping.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem?
