Account termination
My subscription is due to automatically renew on Jan 6, 2020,
My invoice number is **Please do not post TeamViewer IDs**
My license number is **Please do not post personal information**
I want to cancel this subscription and delete my account as I would not need to use your service anymore after Dec 28 this year.
Talked to your sales representative before already but they were not helpful.
Please let me know what I should do to cancel this renewal and how do I delete my own account. I logged in to my account, the delete button is not there.

Thank you for your post.
If you wish to terminate your subscription, please submit a ticket at the latest 28 days prior to the renewal date. After that, the subscription will renew for another 12 months and you can enjoy using TeamViewer as usual.
