no sound when connecting with teamviewer server-id

Hi

I have an issue with sounds.

I have remote windows server 2019 on AWS.

when connecting with teamviewer user-id to this computer i am getting the sounds correctly.

However when no user is logged on to the server, the only way of connecting is to use the teamviewer server-id, and it works, however, I am getting no sounds (and the sound icon on the right-bottom tray is marked with "x" state there is no available audio device.

any idea how to solve it?
