Not receiving verification emails from Team Viewer

Hello , I am not receiving the all emails from TV.The TeamViewer address and domain has been whitelisted at my end and no messages are in the Junk/Spam folders.I look to exchange outlook console but I dont see something from TV. I have this problem on my second account [personal information removed] .yesterday I tried to sign up for this account I received an email for almost 3 and a half hours.

I am desperate to resolve ASAP

    I recommend that you immediately seek a refund of your purchase. 

    Take a look at my other posts and comments to see why.

    There are solutions out there other than Teamviewer and I urge you to look into them instead.

    Save yourself a lot of stress.
