Easy Access was working... but now there is no suitable option to connect?

I have been using TeamViewer easy access from my PC for the past 2 weeks to connect to all machines in the list below. Now this morning, I went to go and connect to (any) of these machines but (unless I am going mad) I do not see the option I usually use to connect.
I can't use "Remote Control // prompt for confirmation" as there is nobody at any of these machines. And when I click on "Remote Control // using password" I get the below message as once again there is nobody to confirm on the otherside.
How do I get remote access to my machines again where I have already setup "easy access" for my account?

i am using free license. i have 9 pc's i care for for family & friends. i just added another and i am now getting this same message popup. i have checked all settings. i have uninstalled/reinstalled. still same issue but only with newest pc. PLEASE HELP
