teamviewer disconnect upon connection

Hi, using t.v lastest version (15) try to connect my mobile (samsung A20 with quick support)

after pressing YES upon incomming connection on the phone it disconnect the sesion.

when i'm trying the same phone using old t.v (ver 12) it works with no ploblems.

does any one knows why it work perfectly with ver 12 and disconnect with ver 15 ???
