No activation mail received

I have purchased remote access license and received the confirmation e-mail with the order number, but I haven't received the invoice/activation email till now.

TeamViewer's system shows the activation email has been sent successfully. Please kindly check your spam folder as well and activate your Remote Access Plan appropriately.
