You have to activate the subscription license for the account you want to use. Please kindly check out - How to activate your license.

Having the same issue, I uploaded Proof of Payment about a week ago, but it still appears unpaid. Subscription license is already activated.
If the licences are revoked because of this it would be catastrophic. Are there any other suggestions?
