I had a fairly simple policy setup to apply to setups, but its missing now. When I look at my Custom Module setup, I can still see a policy is assigned, but instead of showing the name, I get a GUID

After creating new policy I'm trying to assign test machine to it. Regardless of personal password being set or not I'm receiving an errors showed on screenshot at random.
