Tried to add a contact and send them a invite. I added their email address and they did not get a email. I then deleted the invite on my side and tried to resend the invite thinking I may have mistyped their email. I have a strange problem with performance. It affects one customer, one internet connection and TeamViewer. When I try to connect to a managed device, it always asks me to enter the device password. I would like to allow the remote user to approve my connection request manually (click āApproveā) without me having to type the password. Version: 15.70.6 License: Premium Hi, I (sysadmin) was forced to use the new UI but in the new UI, there is no "Remote control (prompt for confirmation)" or in other words, request access anymore (see screenshot). We don't use password on our endpoints but instead if I want to connect to a user's laptop, i request access.ā¦
We have several groups with computers in them that are shared to the 4 of us. For some reason, our new user cannot see the computers. He is a company administrator. Any thoughts?
Hi I had 2 computers connected to TeamViewer and had Easy Access enabled on the remote computer, so never had to enter a password. Now have both a new remote computer as well as a new supporting computer. I have installed TeamViewer on both devices, but despite having enabled Easy Access on the new remote computer I amā¦
