Single User Subscription.
Dear All,
Needs to know if the Single User Subscription allows(example) 25 Users with PC's connected to a single TeamViewer account so that we can concurrently use all 25 PC's remotely.
(One Single Account, 25 computer linked > 25 users in their house linking up to that single account to remote to the 25 Computer linked to the TeamViewer Account.)
Secondly, i saw that the monthly subscription is [the price has been removed as per the community guideliens. ]/Month but the subscription is at least in the minimum of 12months right?

Would you be able to provide me more details as to why you need to use one account with 25 users. Are your users in the same company?
Here is what I suggest:
I would not recommend sharing one account between 25 users as this a security concern.
If one of the users would tell the login details to someone outside the company they would have access to all 25 computers on the account.The safest way is to create an account for each user, and manage all the users in the company profile.
In this case, you can simply deactivate a user in the company profile when the user leaves your company. You can also check connection reports.
These features are only for Premium and Corporate licenses. Business license does not have these features.You can create up to 200 accounts on the Corporate license.
So you would need to purchase 22 add on channels to make 25 concurrent sessions on top of Corporate licenses.I would recommend to give our sales team a call if you are interested in a trial license. With the trial license you can test all the features and see if it is right for you. Our sales team will also be able to advise of any other features that may be useful to you.

Thank you for your post.
Single user license permits connections from up to 3 devices, which means this license isn't suitable in your situation. If you need 25 concurrent sessions, I would say either Corporate license with add on channels or Tensor license will be suitable for you.

Thanks for the reply.
I was unable to find the sales email contact so i came here to ask about it.
For Corporate license, as it shows 3 session at the same time so i didn't know we could add on.
If we plan to get the corporate license, we could just add single user business license to the corporate to get more session?
As we asked just now, we're planning for the 25 users to login the same account and remote in from there.
