HI , As I know , I can check which user is using the teamviewer license on web admin. It will show that user "how many minute/hours is using the teamviewer ago" But this record is not a real time record. How can I get the update record for that ? May I suspend one of the user connect to my teamviewer license ?
Im on macOS catalina and the remote is on Yosemite. He cannot install the latest version because the installer will not let him, so he downloaded 13.2.151093 and so did I. Even though we are both on the same version, when i try to connect to him, I get an error saying he has an older version and must update. What can we do?
Quick support custom module used to allow a password to be saved. Now the client has to click on Allow when the connection is initiated. What happened to that feature? Sometimes the client steps away before I initiate the connectionand now I have to wait till they are back at their desk.
