Allow users from other companies to be invited into your org as 'guests'. In order to provide them access to remote into selected machines. These 'guests' would potentially be existing user accounts of other orgs, so inviting them should not remove them from thier org, but merely allow you to grant permissions to them.
Have a look at linked and you'll see this is a long standing PROBLEM in teamviewer. What might be designed as a security feature is currently an undefined usage problem with undefined (for a while???) extent. Fix the wording and the problem.

At the moment the only way to import these settings and files is either manually via the gui, or supplying them as options to running the MSI.
