Login problems

Hello everyone, this is my first question on the forum, so I don't know if I'm in the right category.
I have a Windows pc and a Mac, on windows everything is fine, when I open TV on the mac it opens a "strange" screen, where it tells me what my ID and my PSW are but it doesn't give me the possibility to connect to anything, and the screen is completely different than usual.
Has anyone had the same problem? I tried force closing the app and restarting the pc but nothing.
