I want a refund within the 7 days policy and the "create ticket" page auto redirects

Hi,

I recorded a video about how the website behaves, when i want to submit a new ticket according how the 7-days refund policy works. I can "of course" have access to all my tickets (which is zero) but the submit ticket page forces a redirect to the following link :

Basicly, it is impossible to ask for a refund within the 7 days which is a violation of customer rights. I have less than 24 hours left to make my ticket before the 7 days deadline. If im not allowed to create this ticket within this time :

• i will sue your company and look for anyone who experienced this same "weird redirection" when they want to submit a ticket during the 7days period.

Hoping i can have my refund before having to use such extreme mesure.

We're sorry to hear that you have some difficulties submitting a ticket.

Please know that to access the TeamViewer Ticket Portal, you need to be logged in with a licensed user account.

If you have been redirected to the Community link you shared above, it may be possible that the license has not been activated correctly on your account or another user account.

As we cannot take into consideration any cancellation request in the Community, we kindly ask you to:

1. Activate your TeamViewer license according to the license type:
   • Remote Access
   • Business
   • Premium/Corporate
2. Submit a cancellation ticket once the license is activated: you can access the portal here 👉 Submit a ticket: TeamViewer Support Portal

💡 To make sure that your account is licensed, you should see the mention "Commercial" on the right-top corner in TeamViewer:
