Hello Long time user of Teamviewer for remote support
I recently purchased a license on behalf of a client but for remote workers rather than remote support. All the documentation appears to be geared toward remote support.
Today with the help of Teamviewer support, we managed to setup the first user. It was a painful experience as the support agent although knowledgeable ran into various issues. Including attempting to use the new interface. He kept stumbling because as he explained he is used to assisting clients for remote support.
At any rate, can anyone point me to documentation that focuses on configuring remote workers.
Short of that I will have to contact support and record a session in order to get the hang of things.
