Thanks for the feedback. Disabling FaceID doesn't help. The app requires login after each session so this doesn't seem to be related to FaceID.

After the latest iOS update of the app, the app crashed due to FaceID and this seems to be fixed now. However, I have encountered a problem where when I log in to my Teamviewer account (required) it is possible to connect to the host computer but as soon as I close Teamviewer it wants me to log in again. This happends everytime. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Very annoying

We are sorry for any hassles that occurred. Would you be willing to try disabling Face ID for the TeamViewer account login on iOS devices?
