Computer shows SLEEPING even though it's not

My desktop at home shows it's sleeping on my list of computers in TV when it's not… I can remote in to it via **Third Party Product**, and I can also connect to it in TV if I use the code and password it provides for the allow remote control option. But I can't connect to it from my Managed Devices list… Any ideas?

If you're experiencing unexpected issues, we always recommend starting with a few basic checks before diving deeper:

1. Ensure that both your local and remote devices are running operating systems supported by TeamViewer:
   : Supported operating systems for TeamViewer
2. Make sure both the local and remote TeamViewer applications are up to date : Update TeamViewer
3. Please restart TeamViewer: Restart TeamViewer

Once the quick troubleshooting above is done, try initiating the unattended session again from your managed device list.

If it still doesn’t work, we suggest removing the remote device from your managed list and re-adding it. For guidance, please refer to: Provide unattended remote support

If none of the above steps resolve the issue,

1. Please share a screenshot of the error message you receive when attempting unattended access.
2. Please let us know the operating system versions of both the local and remote devices.
