I have a strange problem with performance. It affects one customer, one internet connection and TeamViewer.
When I connect to any machines belonging to the affected customer from my office fibre internet connection using TeamViewer the performance is so slow the session is almost unusable.
I can connect to other customers without any problems.
I can connect to the affected customer from outside my office using a different broadband connection without any problems.
I can connect to the affected customer from inside my office using a cellular connection without any problems.
I can connect to the affected customer from inside my office using my fibre broadband connection and using *bleep* rather than Teamviewer without any problems.
To summarise, the remote access issue occurs only when using TeamViewer to connect to machines belonging to one customer via my office fibre connection. Change any one of these three parameters and the problem disappears.
I have no idea how to even begin to troubleshoot this issue. Can anyone help?
