we have been having issues lately. TeamViewer closing all connections and shutting down. no errors, just shuts off. happening to multiple people withing company.

Let’s start with a basic troubleshooting step: performing a complete uninstallation of TeamViewer on the affected devices. If possible, please uninstall TeamViewer on both sides of the connection where the issue occurs.
