I am trying to solve an issue with one of our users who has the full client. We use it to connect to other users in our organization who have only the host app. The issue is that this particular user is being signed out of TeamViewer after every session he has with a remote computer. Then when he tries to sign back in, it doesn't always work. I double checked that he has "keep me signed in" checked and that TeamViewer is set to start with Windows.
I will be double checking his version today, but I just reinstalled it for him the other day (should be 15.72.6 64-bit) and the issue is persisting. We recently upgraded to Windows 11 - though none of our other admin users are having this issue.
Anyone know of a fix for this situation?
