so I am currently testing the control of a personal Android phone from an iPhone. I open and approve a session including screen sharing. I make a couple of taps or swipes and then for no apparent reason the Android screen no longer reacts to touches on the iPhone. I have discovered that the bottom keys on the Android phone still react. Like the left pointing arrow that shrinks the current screen setting back to the small app view. If I then click on the app in trying to use the app opens back up again and often I can start control the app again but after 4-5 touches the screen becomes unresponsive And I have to use the left bottom arrow button to shrink the screen and then tap the app again and it comes back to full size and I can get in another 4-5 touches on that app. The session teamviewer stays active the entire time. I never have to close the session and start a new session but I obviously do not have full control of the Android phone because the screen becomes unresponsive after 4-5 taps. I’m currently using the free version but why would I upgrade if this is the performance I will get on the paid version as well? Any suggestions?
