Error: Session code expired

Hi everyone! I have free TeamViewer and I need it to help a friend who lives far away and provide assistance.
I can't provide support on the other PC that's asking for assistance. When my friend's TeamViewer enters my ID, it says:
SESSION CODE EXPIRED.

💡A common mistake that can trigger the error message "session code expired" can be when the endpoint user enters the supporter’s TeamViewer ID into the section highlighted in yellow.
