Hi guys, can someone help me.My clipboard seems to be refusing to copy paste from one desktop to another. It happened ever since I removed the random password feature on another computer which I connect to.Can anyone hlp me with this and what I ca do to resolve that.Thanks

We checked this behavior on our side, and the clipboard synchronization worked as expected. Let’s run through a few steps that usually resolve this:

1. Turn the random password feature back on

Since the issue started after disabling it, please try enabling it again. You can find the setting here:

2. Update TeamViewer on both devices

We recommend updating your local and remote device to the latest TeamViewer version to ensure all features work reliably.

3. Restart TeamViewer

We also recommend doing a quick restart of the app on both sides.
