I'm experiencing an annoying glitch with my TeamViewer desktop client regarding my device groups.
The Issue:
When I turn on my computer and TeamViewer launches on startup, it fails to load my actual device folders. Instead, under "All Groups," it only displays a single folder named "Unknown" with a refresh/sync icon.
The Workaround:
If I completely close the TeamViewer application and reopen it, the issue disappears. All of my folders and devices load perfectly fine right away.
My Details:
TeamViewer Version: 15.75.5
OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2
It seems like the app is struggling to sync or draw folders properly during the initial boot sequence. Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a known fix to get the groups to load correctly on the first try?
