There is an HTTP 406 error when I try to submit a ticket to cancel my subscription

We weren't able to reproduce the HTTP 406 error when submitting a ticket. In most cases, this happens if you're not signed in with the TeamViewer account that is actually linked to the license.
Please double‑check the following:
