I am having significant issues with managing groups of devices and my ability to query installed software in asset management. A lot of devices seem to be finding their way to my managed devices and losing assigned policies. I still have remote access to the devices but I can't run a .csv report and display software versions. In the past this was because I needed to "discover" devices for asset management. I started using the "old" version of TeamViewer several years ago. As we transition to the new version and Tensor I will need some help keeping things working correctly or adjusting to the new normal.
I have tried migrating devices in the past and lost policy settings and had a lot of trouble migrating devices. Not online all the time, old software versions, poor wifi signal...etc.
