Over the last week we have noticed a few times when remoting in to update or install software for users that we are getting two errors that prevent us from doing so. The screen goes black with "Your partner's desktop is no longer accessible". When trying to switch user's account to an admin account we get the "The screen cannot be capture at the moment" message. When looking into the teamviewer settings it is set to full control. Is this a new known issue or a known fix? Ever since Teamviewer pushed their new UI version we have seen a slew of buggy issues but this one is completely preventing us from doing our job.
