I purchased an annual license for our business - it has not been a year as yet and the console says its a trial version instead of having the same access as we did previously. I cannot check my status and my emails are being unanswered.

Hi - we did purchase a license last year in July and we have not used the service for a full year yet? So if there is no license activated its an error on the TeamViewer end. This issue started in March so I should still have an activated lic for 5 months I believe? @JeanK
