TV all of a sudden turned to Authentication Canceled

Hi,

Last Friday I noticed that my TV is connecting very slow and disconnecting almost every 5 mins. Now, I can't access my work desktop and all I can see is "Authentication Failed". I asked someone to reboot my desktop but still the same issue. I hope someone can help me with this because I badly needed my work desktop.

    I recommend you to check if you are correctly logged into your licensed TeamViewer account.

    If this does not solve the problem, have you tried to reinstall TeamViewer on your remote computer?
