I can no longer log in to Teamview via the app. The credentials are correct, but once I enter them, the login screen reappears.

Hi, The android app has been continuously signing me out for a few months now. Doesn't happen right away but after a few hours it will sign me out. I can see other posts from earlier in the year from TeamViewer claiming it's been fixed. However I've just recently started having the issue with no fix.
We try to setup MFA and it works for everyone but one user. The process works perfectly and at the very end, when the PIN (security code) has to be entered, it shows to be invalid.
